LASALIGN can now balance most fans onsite, in-situ and at a time that suits your schedule.

It is very common for a fan to go out of balancing tolerance due to the following:

  1. Dirt and debris build up on the fan
  2. The trim balance weights get knocked off during cleaning
  3. Fans get hit with tools or other objects that get into fan system
  4. Normal wear on fan wheel & fan shaft from metal fitting, distorting fan wheel or fan shaft will change the balance
  5. Bearing and pulley wear etc.

When a new fan is installed it is very important to check that the fan balance is still within
tolerance with the factory standards.

Lasalign personnel have been performing insitu dynamic balancing for over ten years in various industries.
